1. Scope and contact
This Privacy Policy applies to ppkr.io, PPKR Account, the ppkr Android app, access requests, and product support operated under the ppkr name (“ppkr,” “we,” or “us”). Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@ppkr.io.
2. Website information
The ppkr.io landing site does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, cookies, or browser storage. Our hosting and network providers may automatically process basic request logs such as IP address, date and time, requested path, device/browser information, and security events. Their retention and safeguards are controlled by those providers.
The contact form prepares a message in your email app; it does not submit the form to ppkr.io. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, those providers receive the information you choose to send, and we process it to answer your request.
3. Android app and Account information
The Android app uses public Binance and Bybit market-data endpoints to display markets and monitor movement. Those providers and network operators may receive ordinary connection metadata such as your IP address. ppkr does not receive your exchange credentials, orders, deposits, or exchange balances.
PPKR Account processes the username or email and password submitted for authentication, an app-installation identifier, Account profile, session and device-lease information, access status, timestamps, and security records. Passwords are verified using protected password hashes; plaintext passwords are not retained.
The Android app keeps its Account session encrypted in no-backup storage using Android Keystore. Preferences, favorites, alert configuration, user-entered risk settings, POA records, and scanner/strategy history remain locally on your device. The app does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.
4. Why information is used
- Provide, secure, authenticate, and troubleshoot ppkr.
- Remember local settings and maintain local signal/plan history.
- Deliver notifications you explicitly enable.
- Respond to access, support, safety, and legal requests.
- Protect the service and community from abuse.
5. Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure, hosting, email, messaging, market-data, or app-distribution providers only as needed for their services; disclosed when required by law; or used to protect users, ppkr, and others. Opening Binance, email, WhatsApp, Google Play, or another external service is governed by that provider’s policy.
6. Storage, retention, and Account deletion
Local app data remains until you clear it, reset the app, or uninstall. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for ppkr, so preferences, POA records, market history, and other app-owned data remain on this installation until local removal.
You can permanently delete your PPKR Account inside the Android app under Settings → Account & access → Delete PPKR Account. If you no longer have the app, request deletion by emailing hello@ppkr.io with “PPKR Account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership.
Deletion removes or anonymizes the Account profile and credentials and revokes active sessions, device access, and access records. Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, audit, and transactional records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary, then removed or anonymized according to applicable obligations.
7. Security
We use platform protections, encrypted Account-session storage, HTTPS/WSS connections, password hashing, and restricted app components. No system is perfectly secure, and public networks, third-party services, and user devices can still be compromised.
8. Your choices and rights
You can decline notification permission, disable background monitoring, avoid external links, clear local data, or stop using ppkr. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise a right; we may need enough information to verify the request.
9. Age
ppkr is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to children or knowingly collect children’s personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will publish the new effective date and may require a new in-app acknowledgment when a material legal version changes.
