1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using ppkr, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Financial Risk Disclosure. You must be at least 18, legally capable of accepting these terms, and permitted to use market-analysis tools where you live. If you do not agree, do not use ppkr.
2. Account access
PPKR Account access is personal, limited, revocable, and may expire. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your Account. Access is not a financial service or a promise of continued availability.
3. What ppkr provides
ppkr monitors public market data, highlights unusual short-term movement, sends optional pump/dump alerts, shows market sentiment and context, and can calculate analytical POA plans from user-entered assumptions. Features may be experimental, incomplete, delayed, changed, or removed.
4. No advice, execution, or custody
ppkr provides general market intelligence—not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Displays such as LONG, SHORT, FOLLOW, COUNTER, favored side, sizing, entries, DCA, stops, targets, or simulated returns are analytical outputs, not instructions or personalized recommendations. ppkr does not execute orders, connect to an exchange account, hold assets, or guarantee any result.
5. Alerts and background monitoring
Alerts are convenience signals, not guaranteed safety systems. Delivery depends on market-data providers, internet connectivity, Android permissions, notification channels, device power management, platform time limits, and whether the app is allowed to run. Alerts can arrive late, be duplicated, be missed, or contain inaccurate or incomplete data. Never rely on ppkr as your only monitoring or risk-control method.
6. Your responsibilities
- Independently verify data and make your own decisions.
- Use lawful, appropriately funded accounts and risk controls.
- Protect your PPKR Account credentials and do not share access with unauthorized people.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape at harmful scale, bypass access controls, reverse engineer where prohibited, impersonate others, or use ppkr for unlawful conduct.
- Keep your device, Android version, permissions, and contact details secure and current.
7. Intellectual property and license
ppkr software, branding, interface, analysis methods, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the provided app or website. No ownership or sublicensing right is transferred.
8. Third-party services
Public data and external links may involve Binance, Bybit, or other providers. Those services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. ppkr is independent, is not sponsored or endorsed by those providers, and is not responsible for third-party services, data, applications, or transactions.
9. Availability, updates, and access review
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue ppkr at any time. App sessions and access eligibility may be revalidated for security, expiry, abuse prevention, legal compliance, community safety, or operational reasons.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ppkr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, profitability, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ppkr and its contributors will not be liable for trading losses, liquidation, lost opportunities, lost data, indirect or consequential loss, or harm caused by reliance on an alert, plan, simulation, market feed, third-party service, or service interruption. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act.
12. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will publish a new effective date. Material changes may require a new app acknowledgment. Applicable mandatory law remains controlling, and disputes must be brought before a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to hello@ppkr.io.
